I had a very creative & inspiring weekend!

Since years I wish to create a journal, like Journal-Diva Teesha Moore did it since years

in a very astonishing and exceptionally gifted way.

But I always didn't find the time, bla, bla, you know?

This saturday morning starts without an inner dialogue of Yes and No and all that stuff:

I really start my first journal with 22 Pages...

...and I´ve worked on it the whole weekend.

Crazy stuff, became a junkie!! Truly!!

It´s a wonderful secret behind this, after a few minutes you work

only with subconsciousness and everything flows...

Crazy!!! My creative synapses glow!!

Dreaming place

Maybe you remember my Chair-Project I´ve started in Summer 2011.

I dreamt of a completely knitted chair. See this post...

NOW it´s done and I´m also:-) More than 300 pieces and a very heavy thing,

but I l.o.v.e. it that much! It´s my new dreaming place for future projects,

it´s very inspiring to sit in it. All the colors are working:-)

(Maybe I make pompons all around at the bottom but thats another story)

Kill your darlings

While searching for new creative impulse and ways I began to

"Kill my darlings" and see what will happen.

My darling is sharpness and now I try to blur everything.

It´s very hard first but it´s very interesting to go deeper with every subject.

Even in self-portrait, I look like a fish, but there is much more, very interesting...

Btw it´s very interesting to kill your darlings in the way you live your life

and see what happens if you do it in a completely new way.

Dying or flying

Polarity of dying or flying...

Hard times if hanging in the cage with doors wide open,

if belonging to old thoughts and feelings of absence and fear,

feeling lonesome and worthless...

There is truly a deep need of dying for all this old thoughts and feelings and

self-made cages, and these are times where everyone I know including me is fighting

with or against it, like Hesse said:

The bird struggles out of the egg.

The egg is the world.

Whoever wants to be born, must destroy a world.

But as long as we have dreams and visions leading us

we have to die ever and ever again to rise like a phoenix

with wonderful colored wings.

To work on our visions and dreams and fly with them

through the world we all have the chance to built.

Rescue all your beautiful balloons out of the cages...

Besides, have you ever seen only one under millions of human beings which ever told you:

dreams are silly and mad, you waste your time with it,

have you ever seen ONE who is living a happy life?

NO?

Hm?

I think it´s time to stop being the last needle that ever attacks your balloon.

Save this energy to inflate it with everything you are and have ever been,

help him to grow cause we need color in the sky...

Be with your friends, being their light, seeing their light...

Y.e.a.h.!

For month I was searching for a simple way to transfer a photography on wood.

And than I´ve found this wonderful video

and everything was easy!!

I´m sooo happy, now I have to find the right wood and all that

special artistic expression, but the step step was made.

Magical autumn in Wroclaw

We have been a few days in Poland.

In Wroclaw (Breslau) we came across this wonderful autumn market

in the Botanical Garden.

I have never seen millions of pumpkins before,

it was absolutely awesome!

The biggest pumpkin had 443,5 kilos!!
Everything was so sweet and lovingly arranged
and btw the Botanical Garden is absolutely recommendable...

Some weeks ago I have seen a completely knitted armchair in a home-center
and that day my autumn project was born.
I love to work with wool, especially in autumn.

I don´t like it in white, I dream of a colorful patchwork chair.

Some sweet people gave me some wool they don´t need anymore (kisses 4u)

and thats how the things are now. Looks a little anarchistic but I hope my chair will be

ready in November (as always I need a 48 hours day...)

As you know I l.o.v.e. to work on surreal scenes and mix my images in many ways.
But this fantasy and fairy tale genre is totally new for me and I felt like a virgin as I

start the concept. No need to say that I totally adore this new thematic field:-)

The most inspirational point was my shooting with the wonderful fairy dress

that an exceptionally gifted friend of mine did, another wonderful costume artist in my world.

I will be very happy if her website is on, I´ll tell you!

how to stage my favorite sweets, the Gold bears from Haribo:-)

The results were fantastic and we had so much fun, be curious!
They did the catwalk as Germanys next Model Bears:-))

Stagged photography & Image processing

While photography workshop we worked with stagged photography on
different themes like "70er" or "Golden twentieth".

This week we did image processing with the results.

The students should find an authentical look for the themes and the times and
I think they managed it very well!

Working with dark and bright feelings

During my workshop at "Jugendkunstschule" we work with dark and bright feelings.
Learning how to give instructions,

how to work with the model and how to find the point

were everything works together.
I´m very impressed by their results,
it was their first time working like this!
And of course, like they say, it´s easier being the model
than being the photographer (at the beginning:-)
